Preschool Promise

The Preschool Promise program is a state-subsidized preschool for children ages 3-5 years old.  Children attend preschool Monday-Thursday from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm at no cost to the family.  Families must fall at or below 200% of the federal poverty index (see chart).  Parents do not need to be employed to qualify. Before and after-school care for Preschool Promise is available depending on the school year and the needs of the families that year.

OUR PROGRAM

We no longer provide child care for children under 3 years old. 

Loving Beginnings Preschool and Child Care is currently only offering preschool.  We are a state-certified family child care program.  Our program is owned and operated by Josie Emmrich.  Our license number is CF 501365.  We have a contract with the state-subsidized Preschool Promise program and at this time will only be offering preschool Monday through Thursday from 8 am - 3 pm September - June.
